65.54

又正法念經云。若有眾生見犯法者。應受死苦。以財贖命。令其得脫。不求恩報。命終生常歡喜天。從天退還得受人身不遭王難。

Furthermore, the Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna-sūtra says: If there are sentient beings who see a lawbreaker who ought to suffer the pain of death, and ransom their life with wealth to cause them to be released, seeking no repayment of gratitude, at the end of their lives they will be born in the Heaven of Constant Delight (Sadāmatta). Falling from heaven and returning to receive a human body, they will not meet with royal tribulations.
