一切人歸死　無有不死者
隨行種殃福　自獲善惡果
地獄為惡行　善者必生天
明慧能分別　唯福能遏惡

"All people return to death; / There is none who does not die. / According to their actions, sowing misfortune or merit, / They themselves obtain the fruits of good and evil. / Hell is for evil deeds; / The virtuous will surely be born in heaven. / Clear wisdom can discern this: / Only merit can halt evil."
