盛年好放逸　兇猛勸不移
天長曉露促　生老病來資
百節俱酸痛　千痾併著時
華堂一相捨　幽塗萬苦㧗

In flourishing years one enjoys indulgence;
Fierce and reckless, one cannot be dissuaded.
Though heaven is vast, morning dew is fleeting;
Birth, old age, and sickness come to claim their due.
A hundred joints all ache and throb;
A thousand ailments strike together.
Once departing the splendid halls,
Upon the dark path, ten thousand torments strike.
