68.25

如依三毒起妄語者（此三可解）如是兩舌惡口綺語（皆亦如是）依貪心起者。依貪結生。次第二心現前。如是名為依貪起。依瞋結生者。名為依瞋起。依癡結生者。名為依癡結起。如貪瞋與邪見皆亦如是應知。

As for false speech arising on the basis of the three poisons (these three are readily understood), divisive speech, harsh speech, and frivolous speech are likewise all of this nature: That which arises on the basis of a mind of covetousness is born based on the fetter of covetousness, followed by a second thought appearing in the present; this is called arising on the basis of covetousness. That which is born based on the fetter of ill will is called arising on the basis of ill will. That which is born based on the fetter of delusion is called arising on the basis of the fetter of delusion. One should know that covetousness, ill will, and wrong view are all likewise of this nature.
