生來死還送　日往復月旋
弱喪昏風動　流浪逐物遷
愚戇失正路　漂沒入重淵
一墜幽暗處　萬劫履鋒鋋
六道旋寰苦　三業未曾全
隨流無人救　悽傷還自憐
歸誠觀物像　方知虛妄筌
苦海深何趣　思登般若船

Life comes, and death escorts it away; / Days pass, and months revolve again. / Failing in youth, stirred by the dark wind, / Wandering and drifting, chasing after shifting things. / Foolish and dull, losing the right path, / Swept away and sinking into the deep abyss. / Once falling into the dark places, / For ten thousand kalpas treading on points and spears. / Suffering from revolving through the six destinies, / The three categories of karma never once kept intact. / Following the flow with no one to rescue, / In grief and sorrow one pities oneself. / Turning in sincerity to observe phenomenal forms, / One only then knows the deceptive trap. / How deep the ocean of suffering—where can one turn? / Longing to board the boat of prajñā.
