吾念世無常　人生要當老
盛去日衰羸　形枯而白首
憂勞百病生　坐起苦痛惱
吾用畏是故　棄國行求道

I contemplate that the world is impermanent; / In human life, one inevitably grows old. / Vigor departs, daily declining and emaciating; / The body withers and the head turns white. / Worries and toils give rise to a hundred illnesses; / Sitting and standing bring painful distress. / Because I feared this, / I renounced the kingdom to practice and seek the path.
