風名優陀那　觸臍而上出
是風七處觸　項及齗齒脣
舌咽及以胸　是中語言生
愚人不解此　惑著起瞋癡

The wind named udāna / Strikes the navel and rises upward; / This wind touches seven places: / The neck, gums, teeth, lips, / Tongue, throat, and chest; / From among these, speech arises. / Foolish people do not understand this, / And in delusion and attachment give rise to anger and delusion.
