四生誠易轉　五陰病難湮
壽報雖延促　終成丘墓塵
徒知餌六色　會當悲四隣
復愍輪迴報　難成不壞身

The four forms of birth indeed easily turn, / But the sickness of the five aggregates is hard to erase. / Though the retribution of lifespan may be long or short, / In the end, one becomes the dust of grave mounds. / In vain does one feed upon the six sensory pleasures, / Only to mourn before one's four neighbors. / Again pitying the retribution of saṃsāra, / It is difficult to accomplish an indestructible body.
