煌煌靈芝質　光麗何猗猗
華豔當時顯　嘉會表神奇
含英未及秀　中夏羅霜萎
榮耀長幽滅　世路永無施
不寤陰陽運　哲人忽來儀
今時一別後　何得重會時

"Resplendent is the nature of the sacred mushroom, / How luxuriant and brightly fair! / Its radiant blooms were manifest in their season, / A joyous union revealing the wondrous and divine. / Harboring petals before reaching full fruition, / In midsummer it withered under frost. / Its glory extinguished forever in darkness, / From the worldly path barred for eternity. / Little realizing the course of yin and yang, / The wise one suddenly came in splendor. / After this single parting today, / When could we ever meet again?"
