78.24

此喻道俗雖持禁戒雜染不純。相中似善口出惡言。欲喚是善口復出惡。欲喚非善相復出家。

This is an analogy for monastics and laity who, though holding the monastic precepts, are defiled and impure: in appearance they seem good, yet their mouths utter evil speech. If one wishes to call them good, their mouths utter evil; if one wishes to call them not good, in appearance they have gone forth as monastics.
