78.45

怒心多毒害　沈沒苦惡道
出彼得人身　餘報他還惱
見者求其過　憎嫌如毒草
此既無宜利　愚瞋何所寶

An angry heart has much poison and harm,
Sinking into the painful, evil paths.
Emerging from there to obtain a human body,
The residual retribution is to be harassed by others in return.
Whoever sees them looks for their faults,
Despising and detesting them like poisonous grass.
Since this brings neither benefit nor gain,
What does a foolish person treasure in their anger?
