79.12

其口有愚癡　人心懷闇冥
都不能念惡　亦無念善心
𧄼瞢常昏昏　萬事不能為
如暴中炊煮　無所能成熟
多習愚癡者　諸根不完具
生於牛羊中　然後墮地獄

"Delusion is in their mouth,
and darkness is harboured in their mind.
They can neither contemplate evil,
nor do they have a mind to contemplate good.
Always muddled and dim-witted,
they can accomplish not a single thing.
Like cooking out in a torrential downpour,
nothing can be brought to completion.
Those who cultivate much delusion
will find their faculties incomplete;
they will be born among cattle and sheep,
and thereafter fall into hell."
