79.25

尊者迦葉告曰。蜱肆。若汝欲取恚悑癡終不捨者。汝便自受無量之惡。亦為眾人之所憎惡。猶如彼虎與猪勝也。蜱肆王聞歡喜奉受求上妙智。

The Venerable Kāśyapa said: "Pāyāsi, if you grasp wrath, fear, and folly and never abandon them, you will bring boundless evil upon yourself and will also be loathed by all people, just as that tiger granted victory to the pig." Hearing this, King Pāyāsi rejoiced and accepted it with devotion, seeking the supreme and wonderful wisdom.
