初千佛者。華光佛為首。下至毘舍浮佛。於莊嚴劫得成為佛。過去千佛是也。此中千佛者。拘留孫佛為首。下至樓至如來。於賢劫中次第成佛。

The first thousand Buddhas, with the Buddha Padmaprabha as the foremost down to Viśvabhū Buddha, attained Buddhahood in the Vyūhakalpa; these are the thousand Buddhas of the past. The middle thousand Buddhas, with Krakucchanda Buddha as the foremost down to Ruci Tathāgata, successively attain Buddhahood in the Bhadrakalpa.
