第三隨葉佛再會說法。初會說經。有七萬比丘皆得阿羅漢。

The third, Viśvabhū Buddha, held two assemblies to preach the Dharma: in the first assembly of preaching the sūtras, seventy thousand bhikṣus all attained arhatship;
