若以香施。具戒定慧熏塗身故。若以果施具戒成就無漏果故。

"If one gives incense, it is because one becomes endowed with the fragrance of morality, meditation, and wisdom anointing the body. If one gives fruit, it is because one fulfills the precepts and accomplishes the unconditioned, outflow-free fruit."
