如禪祕要經云。阿練若比丘因五種事發狂。一者因亂聲。二者因惡名。三者因利養。四者因外風。五者因內風。爾時世尊而說祝曰。

As the Chan miyao jing says: 'A monk in an araṇya goes mad on account of five things: first, on account of disruptive sounds; second, on account of ill fame; third, on account of gain and sustenance; fourth, on account of external wind; fifth, on account of internal wind.
