五者所造惡事。雖未廣多。而惡心周普。奪一切樂與一切苦。所以造罪。

The fifth is that although the evil acts one commits may not yet be broad and manifold, the evil mind is universal, depriving others of all happiness and inflicting all suffering; this is why they commit sins.
