如諸佛盡壽不著香華瓔珞不香油塗身不著香熏衣。我某甲一日一夜不著香華瓔珞不香油塗身不著香熏衣亦如是。

Just as all the Buddhas to the end of their lives do not wear perfumes, flowers, and necklaces, do not smear their bodies with fragrant oils, and do not wear clothes scented with incense, so I, so-and-so, for one day and one night also do not wear perfumes, flowers, and necklaces, do not smear my body with fragrant oils, and do not wear clothes scented with incense.
