第三戒者。一日一夜持心無婬意。不念房室。修治梵行不為邪欲。如清淨戒以一心習。

The third precept: for one day and one night, maintain the mind without thoughts of lust, not thinking of the bedchamber, cultivating the brahma-conduct and not engaging in illicit desires; practice with single-mindedness in accord with the pure precepts.
