第七戒者。一日一夜持心無求安。不臥好床卑床草蓆捐除睡臥思念經道。如清淨戒以一心習。

The seventh precept: for one day and one night, maintain the mind not to seek luxury, not sleeping on fine beds, using low beds and grass mats, casting aside sleep, and contemplating the sutras and the Path; practice with single-mindedness in accord with the pure precepts.
