又薩婆多論云。不妄語者。若說法義。論傳一切是非。莫自稱為是。常令推寄有本則無過也。不爾斧在口中。若受不飲酒者。如四分律云。若飲酒者。乃至不得以草滴酒口中。

Furthermore, the Sarvāstivāda-śāstra says: Regarding not speaking falsely, when explaining the meanings of the Dharma and discoursing on all rights and wrongs, do not claim oneself to be correct; always attribute and rely upon an original source, and then there will be no fault. Otherwise, an axe is in the mouth. If one receives the precept against drinking liquor: as the Four-Part Vinaya says, if one drinks liquor, down to not being permitted to drop liquor into the mouth with a blade of grass.
