89.57

我弟子某甲。仰啟十方諸佛。弟子從本際有識已來乃至今身。或自不信三寶。或教人不信三寶。或見作隨喜。或自輕慢三寶。或教人輕慢三寶。或見作隨喜。或自侵損三寶。或教人侵損三寶。或見作隨喜。或自殺盜婬。或教人殺盜婬。或見作隨喜。或自妄語兩舌惡口綺語。或教人妄語兩舌惡口綺語。或見作隨喜。或自貪瞋癡。或教人貪瞋癡。或見作隨喜。於此眾罪不生慚愧。失菩薩戒不自覺知。今於佛前至誠懺悔。願眾罪永斷無餘。志心敬禮一切諸佛（一遍亦得三遍彌善）。

"I, disciple so-and-so, reverently address the Buddhas of the ten directions. From the beginning of time since I possessed consciousness down to this present life, I have either myself disbelieved in the Three Jewels, or taught others to disbelieve in the Three Jewels, or rejoiced at seeing it done; I have either myself slighted the Three Jewels, or taught others to slight the Three Jewels, or rejoiced at seeing it done; I have either myself encroached upon and damaged the Three Jewels, or taught others to encroach upon and damage the Three Jewels, or rejoiced at seeing it done; I have either myself committed killing, theft, or sexual misconduct, or taught others to commit killing, theft, or sexual misconduct, or rejoiced at seeing it done; I have either myself committed false speech, divisive speech, harsh speech, or frivolous speech, or taught others to commit false speech, divisive speech, harsh speech, or frivolous speech, or rejoiced at seeing it done; I have either myself harboured covetousness, anger, or delusion, or taught others to harbour covetousness, anger, or delusion, or rejoiced at seeing it done. Concerning all these offenses I felt neither shame nor conscience, and without realising it myself, I lost the bodhisattva precepts. Now, before the Buddha, I confess and repent with utmost sincerity. I vow that all offenses may be eternally severed without remainder. With concentrated mind, I reverently bow down to all Buddhas." (Once is acceptable; three times is even better.)
