如來腦戶充滿弘備大人相者。乃往古世其有病者施若干種藥瞻視療故。
'That the Tathāgata's occiput is filled out and magnificent—this mark of a great personage—is because in ancient kalpas, whenever there were sick persons, I bestowed various kinds of medicines and attended to caring for and curing them.'
