94.43

又摩德勒伽論云。不洗大小行處不得禮拜。餘無水處。若為非人所瞋。水神所瞋。或為服藥等開不犯。

Furthermore, the Mātṛkā-śāstra says: "If one does not wash the places of defecation and urination, one may not make prostrations. In other places where there is no water, or if one is angered by non-humans, angered by water spirits, or taking medicine, exceptions are granted and it is not a transgression."
