97.15

一切要歸盡　高者會當墮
生者無不死　有命皆無常
眾生墮有數　一切皆有為
一切諸世間　無有不老死
眾生是常法　生生皆歸死
隨其所造業　罪福有果報
惡業墮地獄　善業生天上
高行生善道　得無漏涅槃

"All must eventually come to an end; / That which is high must fall. / None who are born do not die; / All that has life is impermanent. / Sentient beings fall into conditioned numbers; / Everything is conditioned. / In all the worlds, / There is none that does not age and die. / This is the constant principle of sentient beings: / Birth after birth, all return to death. / In accordance with the karma they create, / Offenses and blessings bring retribution: / Evil karma leads to falling into hell; / Good karma leads to birth in heaven. / Exalted practice leads to birth in good destinies, / Attaining untainted nirvāṇa."
