98.48

又十誦律云。正法滅於像法時有五非法。一比丘小得心止便謂已得聖法。二白衣生天出家墮地獄。三有人捨世間業出家破戒。四破戒人多人佐助持戒者無人佐助。五乃至羅漢亦被罵辱。更有五悑畏未來有應知。一自身不修身戒心慧。復度他出家。亦不能令他修身戒心慧。二畜沙彌。三與他依止。四如是人與淨人沙彌近住不知三相掘。地斬草用水溉灌。五雖誦持三藏前後雜亂。

The Daśabhāṇavāra-vinaya also says: When the saddharma disappears in the era of the semblance Dharma, there are five unlawful things: First, when a bhikṣu attains slight mental quiescence, he immediately claims to have attained the holy Dharma. Second, laypeople are born in heaven, while those who have gone forth fall into hell. Third, some people abandon worldly occupations to go forth, yet break the precepts. Fourth, those who break the precepts have many helpers, while those who uphold the precepts have no helpers. Fifth, even arhats are cursed and insulted. Furthermore, there are five terrors that should be known regarding the future: First, oneself failing to cultivate body, precepts, mind, and wisdom, yet ordaining others to go forth, and being unable to cause them to cultivate body, precepts, mind, and wisdom. Second, keeping śrāmaṇeras. Third, giving reliance to others. Fourth, such a person living in close proximity with pure attendants and śrāmaṇeras without knowing the three marks, digging the earth, cutting grass, and irrigating with water. Fifth, although reciting and retaining the Tripiṭaka, mixing up the beginning and the end.
