Furthermore, the Avataṃsaka Sūtra states: "All Buddhas possess eight kinds of subtle and wonderful voices. Each voice is accompanied by five hundred retinues of wonderful voices, adorned with incalculable hundreds of thousands of voices. Limitless and boundless wonderful musical voices are all pure, universally capable of expounding the taste of the meaning of the true Dharma of all Buddhas. They are entirely free from fear, dwelling securely in the fearless, great lion's roar, causing all sentient beings throughout the entire dharmadhātu, upon hearing their voices, to attain opening and awakening in accordance with their original practices and various roots of goodness. This is the supreme and unexcelled adornment of the bodily karma of speech of all Buddhas."
