The Buddha told the youth: 'To the south, past one billion Buddha-lands from here, there is a world named Dispelling Darkness and Equal Liberation. Its Buddha is named Tathāgata Foremost Transcender Who at the Initial Resolve Leaves Behind Fear and Takes Refuge, who is now preaching the Dharma. If one wishes to travel south, one should bow from afar, take refuge in that Buddha with focused, unwavering intent; then one will have no fear and will not encounter adversity.'
