Sixteenth, there are also sentient beings whose bodies are exceedingly small while their private parts are exceedingly large; when they pull them, the skin of their bodies is drawn forward, hindering them whether walking, standing, sitting, or lying down. What transgression caused this? The Buddha said: In their past lives, they engaged in business and trade, praising their own goods while disparaging others' property, cheating with noisy measures, tampering with pints, and rigging the scales to deceive people. Therefore, they incurred this retribution.
