Language: English

71.16

"Giving to a single person with a compassionate mind / yields merit as vast as the earth; / giving to all beings for one's own sake / brings retribution like a mustard seed. / Rescuing a single person in distress / surpasses all other giving: / though the many stars have light, / they do not equal the one bright moon."
