10.83
時珠師。即加打棒。以兩手并頭。並皆被縛。四向顧望莫知所告。而作是念。生死受苦皆應如是。又說偈言。
Then the pearl borer struck him with a club. Both his hands and his head were tied up. He looked in all four directions, not knowing to whom to cry out, and thought: 'Suffering in saṃsāra should all be like this.' He again spoke a verse:
