12.29

風名優陀那　觸臍而上出
是風七處觸　項及齗齒脣
舌咽及以胸　是中語言生
愚人不解此　惑著起瞋癡

"The wind named udāna
strikes the navel and emerges upward;
this wind strikes seven places:
the neck, gums, teeth, and lips,
the tongue, throat, and chest.
From within these, speech is produced.
Foolish people do not understand this;
deluded and attached, they give rise to ill will and folly."
