若常愁苦　愁遂增長　如人憙眠
眠則滋多　貪婬嗜酒　亦復如是

“If one constantly grieves and suffers,
grief only increases;
just as when a person delights in sleep,
sleep becomes ever more abundant—
greed for lust and craving for alcohol
are also just like this.”
