14.30

如火益乾薪　增長火熾然
如是愛樂者　愛火轉增長
薪火雖熾然　人皆能捨離
愛火燒世間　纏綿不可捨

“Just as adding dry firewood to fire
causes the fire to burn more fiercely,
so for one who delights in craving,
the fire of craving burns ever higher.
Though the fire of firewood burns fiercely,
people can all cast it aside;
the fire of craving burns the world,
entangling so deeply that it cannot be cast aside.”
