15.77

若人起瞋心　譬如車奔逸
車工能制之　不足以為難
人能制瞋心　此事最為難

"If a person gives rise to anger,
It is like a chariot running wildly out of control.
That a charioteer can rein it in
Is not considered difficult;
That a person can rein in anger—
This is the most difficult of all."
