17.40

又文殊師利問經云。若為己殺不得噉。若肉如林木已自腐爛。欲食得食。若欲噉肉者。當說此呪。

Furthermore, the Sūtra of Mañjuśrī's Questions says: "If it was killed for one's sake, one may not eat it. If the meat has already naturally rotted like forest trees, if one desires to eat it, one may eat it. If one desires to eat meat, one should recite this incantation."
