18.24

復何因緣。名阿呼地獄。此諸眾生。受嚴切苦逼迫之時。叫喚而言阿呼阿呼。甚大苦也。是故名為阿呼地獄。

Again, by what cause and condition is it called the Aṭaṭa Hell? When all these sentient beings are oppressed by severe and sharp suffering, they wail and cry out, saying, 'Aṭaṭa! Aṭaṭa! This is immense suffering!' It is therefore called the Aṭaṭa Hell.
