如十誦律云。看病人應隨病者。先所習學而讚歎之。不得毀呰。退本善心。
As the *Daśādhyāya-vinaya* states: "The caregiver attending the sick should praise the sick person according to what they have previously studied and practiced, and must not reproach them and cause them to retrogress from their original wholesome mind."
