19.30
又毘尼母論云。病人不用看病人語。看病人違病者意並得罪。又花嚴經。臨終為病人說偈云。
The *Vinayamātṛkā* also states: "If the patient does not heed the caregiver's words, or if the caregiver violates the patient's wishes, both incur guilt." Furthermore, the *Avataṃsaka-sūtra* speaks in verse for the sick person facing the end of life, saying:
