見王天帝釋　為舍脂之夫
所以生恐怖　馬鞭落地者
常見天帝釋　一切諸大地
人天大小王　及四護世主
三十三天眾　悉皆恭敬禮
何處更有尊　尊於帝釋者
而今正東向　合掌修敬禮

"Seeing you, King Śakra, Lord of the Gods, husband of Śacī,
Are why I felt terror, and my horsewhip fell to the ground.
I always see Śakra, Lord of the Gods, revered
By all great lands, by kings great and small of gods and humans,
By the four world-protecting guardians,
And by the host of the Thirty-Three Gods, who all bow down in homage.
Where could there be someone even more venerable, more venerable than Śakra,
That now facing due east, you join your palms and pay reverent homage?"
