20.10

一人一劫中　積聚其身骨
常積不腐壞　如毘富羅山
若諸聖弟子　正智見真諦
此苦及苦因　離苦得寂滅
修習八道迹　正向般涅槃
極至於七有　天人來往生
盡一切諸結　究竟於苦邊

'The bones of one person's body / Accumulated in a single kalpa, / Constantly piling up without rotting away, / Would be like Mount Vipula. / If the noble disciples / See the true realities with right knowledge: / This suffering, and the origin of suffering, / Overcoming suffering to attain cessation, / Cultivating the practice of the Eightfold Path, / Directly heading toward parinirvāṇa, / At most reaching seven existences, / Transmigrating between devas and humans, / They exhaust all the fetters, / And ultimately reach the end of suffering.'
