20.36

復以聞慧。或以天眼。見有腫蟲。行於身中其身微細。隨蟲飲血處。則有腫起㿇㿇而疼。或在面上。或在頂上。或在咽喉。或在腦門。或在餘處。所在之處能令生腫。若住筋中則無病苦。

Furthermore, by the wisdom acquired from hearing, or with the divine eye, one sees the swelling-worm moving within the body. Its body is minute. Wherever the worm drinks blood, a swelling rises, prickling with pain—either on the face, or on the crown of the head, or in the throat, or at the bregma, or in other places. Wherever it is, it can cause swellings to arise. If it stays in the sinews, there is no suffering of disease.
