復次修行觀者。內身循身觀。觀十種蟲行於身中。一切人身皆從中出。何等為十。一名㿇㿇蟲。二名惙惙蟲。三名苗華蟲。四名火焰蟲。五名黑蟲。六名大食蟲。七名暖行蟲。八名作熱蟲。九名火蟲。十名大火蟲。此諸蟲等住陰黃中。

Furthermore, a practitioner cultivating contemplation contemplates the body internally by observing the body, contemplating ten kinds of worms that move within the body, from which all human bodies emerge. What are the ten? The first is named the prickling worm; the second is named the fluttering worm; the third is named the shoot-flower worm; the fourth is named the flame worm; the fifth is named the black worm; the sixth is named the voracious worm; the seventh is named the warm-traveling worm; the eighth is named the heat-generating worm; the ninth is named the fire worm; the tenth is named the great fire worm. All these worms dwell in the dark bile.
