20.58

如優鉢祇王經云。伽藍法界地。漫大小行者五百身墮拔波地獄。經二十小劫。常遣肘手掊此大小便處。臭穢之地。乃至黃泉。

As the Ubācī-rāja-sūtra states: “Those who carelessly urinate or defecate upon the monastic boundary ground of a saṅghārāma shall for five hundred lifetimes fall into the Pāpa Hell. Passing through twenty minor kalpas, they will constantly be made to scrape this place of urination and defecation—the ground of foul filth—with their forearms and hands, down to the Yellow Springs.”
