20.64

又摩德勒伽論云。不洗大小行處。不得禮拜。除無水處。若為非人所瞋。水神所瞋。或為服藥等開不犯。

Also, the Mātṛkā-śāstra states: “If one does not wash the place of urination or defecation, one must not pay homage, except in places where there is no water. If one is the object of anger by non-humans or by water spirits, or if one is taking medicine and the like, an exception allows it without offense.”
