又智度論云。天帝釋取菩薩髮及衣。於天上城東門外。立佛髮塔衣塔。

Furthermore, the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa states: Śakra, Lord of the Devas, took the Bodhisattva's hair and robe, and outside the eastern gate of the city in heaven, erected a stūpa for the Buddha's hair and a stūpa for his robe.
