3.51

又撰集百緣經云。掃地得五功德。一自除心垢。二除他垢。三去憍慢。四調伏心。五增長功德得生善處。

Furthermore, the Avadānaśataka states: "Sweeping the ground yields five benefits: first, one removes defilements from one's own mind; second, one removes defilements from others; third, one eliminates arrogance; fourth, one tames the mind; fifth, one increases merit and attains rebirth in a good place."
