3.74

第四念戒者。所謂戒者。息諸惡故。戒能成道令人歡喜。戒瓔珞身現眾好故。猶如吉祥瓶所願便剋除諸亂想自致涅槃。不離戒念便獲功德。是名念戒。

"Fourth, mindfulness of the precepts: as for the precepts, they extinguish all evils. Precepts can accomplish the Way and cause people to rejoice; precepts adorn the body and display all good qualities. Just as with an auspicious vase whatever is wished is accomplished, eliminating all distracted thoughts, one reaches nirvāṇa of oneself. Not departing from mindfulness of the precepts, one promptly obtains merits. This is called mindfulness of the precepts.
