爾時天子即共帝釋。來詣佛所。佛為說法。心開意解。破二十億邪見業障。得須陀洹果。心懷欣慶。即於佛前說偈讚佛。
At that time, the devaputra came together with Śakra to the Buddha's place. The Buddha preached the Dharma to them; their minds opened and their understanding was unlocked, breaking through two billion karmic obstacles of wrong views, and he attained the fruit of srotāpanna. With a joyous heart, he immediately spoke a verse before the Buddha in praise of the Buddha:
